Who is LNC Professional?

LNC Professional is an automation-first, eco-friendly nail-salon products manufacturer and distributor. Our products are health-conscious and environmentally conscious, and they are made for professionals: nail technicians, nail students, salon owners, resellers and distributors.

Do you actually make what you sell, or do you re-label it?

Both, and we will always tell you which. We formulate and pack our own acrylic nail powders and liquid monomer, using rigorously sourced global raw materials. That is our own chemistry and our own packing.

The remaining categories in the range are supplied through vetted sourcing and through OEM and private-label partners. That is an ordinary way to build a professional range and we would rather say so than imply we make everything ourselves.

What is the three-in-one chemistry?

One compatible chemistry across acrylic sculpting, dip-powder manicures and builder-gel overlays. In practice it means you are not buying three unrelated systems that behave differently on the same nail, and you are not keeping three sets of liquids on the desk.

How long does the wear last?

Up to three weeks of wear retention. That is engineered into the chemistry and it has been assessed and proven repeatedly. Retention still depends on preparation, application and the client's own nails, as it does with any system.

Are your products safe? What about HEMA?

Our formulations are made for professional use and we take that seriously. We offer HEMA-free formulations, which is an attribute of specific products rather than a separate product line, so check the product page or ask us which items are HEMA-free.

Safety Data Sheets are available for our products. Ask us and we will send the SDS for anything you are buying, before you buy it if you want it first.

Can I buy from outside the United States?

Yes. We ship worldwide and we route each order to the fulfilment location that can reach you fastest. Duties, import taxes and customs charges in your country are yours to pay and are not included in what you pay us; the Shipping and Returns page sets that out in full.

How do I order?

Through the website, or by messaging us. If you are ordering for a salon, a school or a distributor, message us on WhatsApp first. We would rather understand what you actually need than have you guess from a product list.

How do I know a product is genuine?

Buy from lncpronails.com, or from a stockist we have confirmed to you in writing. If you are unsure about something you have already bought, send us a photograph on WhatsApp and we will tell you. We would rather answer that question a hundred times than have one person work with something that is not ours.

Do you take returns?

Yes, on the terms set out on the Shipping and Returns page, which is the page that governs it. Contact us before you send anything back so we can issue the right return address; we ship from more than one location and the wrong one will delay your refund.

Can I become a stockist or a distributor?

Message us on WhatsApp with where you are, what you currently carry and roughly what volume you move. A person will answer.

Do you offer training or education?

Tell us what you are looking for and we will tell you honestly what is available at the time, rather than pointing you at a programme that may not be running when you ask.

I write about nail products. Can I review yours?

Get in touch and say who you write for. We will tell you what we can send and on what basis. Anything we send for review is yours to write about honestly; we do not ask for approval over what you say.
