Which one contracts with you depends on where your order ships from, and it is named on your order confirmation.

If you are a nail technician

Tell us what you work with now and what is not working about it. That is more useful to us than a product code, and it is how we tell you whether we actually have something better for you or whether you should stay with what you have.

Useful things to include, none of them required:

• What systems you use: acrylic, dip, builder gel, or a mix
• What is going wrong: lifting, service breakdown, cure, odour, dust, skin sensitivity
• Whether you need HEMA-free
• Where you are, so we can tell you what shipping to you actually looks like
• Whether you are buying for yourself, a salon, a school or to resell

If you are a salon owner, a school or a distributor

Say roughly what volume you move and what you currently carry. We will tell you what is realistic rather than send a price list and hope.
